1. Project Background and Challenges:
• Project location: Rural area of Hefei City, Anhui Province, China.
• Processing scale: 50m³/d.
• Main challenges: The project is close to the Chaohu Lake Level 1 Protected Area, with limited land area and strict effluent discharge requirements.
2. ANJ-MBR Solution:
• Combined configuration with 1 MBR-50 model.
• The MBR process eliminates the follow-up units such as secondary sedimentation tank and filtration, and the system has a compact structure and a small footprint.
• A-AAO+MBR process, synchronous nitrification, denitrification, nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency, high sludge concentration, strong impact load resistance, high SS interception rate, clear and transparent effluent.
•Equipped with an intelligent operation and maintenance platform to achieve remote monitoring and intelligent low-frequency cleaning, simple operation and maintenance, and low energy consumption.
