A vacuum low-temperature heat pump evaporator is an energy-efficient device that combines heat pump technology with evaporation processes. Its core function is to achieve the evaporation, concentration, or crystallization of moisture or solvents in materials at lower temperatures (typically 40-60℃), while simultaneously recovering heat from secondary steam through the heat pump system, significantly reducing energy consumption.
Technical Principle
a. When materials enter the evaporator, they are heated by the condenser in the heat pump system, where low-temperature evaporation generates secondary steam; b. This secondary steam then enters the heat pump's evaporator, releasing latent heat absorbed by the refrigerant, which subsequently condenses into liquid water;
c. After absorbing heat, the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor to increase temperature, then transfers thermal energy through the condenser to the material undergoing evaporation, thereby forming a continuous heat circulation cycle.
d. The final material is evaporated several times to achieve the target concentration and complete the concentration or dehydration process.
